When will I get access to the course materials?
After you sign up, your login information will arrive via email within a few minutes. Once you have that login, you’ve got immediate access to everything included in the course via the New Zenler portal system.
How long will I have access to the course materials?
As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive login information, giving you access to all course materials via the New Zenler portal. You’ve got lifetime access to all recordings and course materials. In addition, you’ll have access to future program updates.
What if I'm not satisfied and want a refund?
Refunds must be requested at least 48 hours before the workshop. Refunds are not available after that timeframe. All refunds reflect a $100 non-refundable processing fee.
How can I get feedback on what I create when applying the course materials?
You’ll receive feedback in the four coaching calls. I’ll be available via email and for a quick check-in until the end of the program. For those participants interested in more support after program completion, we can design a program that will work for you.
